Access to the pottery studio is by arrangement with the potter, but she loves to show off her space and welcomes people that want to explore, learn, play or even work seriously (for the latter, a studio fee may apply) at making things from clay!

Our wonderful beachfront home was designed with relaxation in mind. Walk through the 12 foot sliding doors and onto a covered deck overlooking Long Island Sound. Our property is one of the few beachfront homes with its own backyard that leads out to a huge Patio overlooking the beach. The open floor plan provides ample space for the family and all appliances in the well stocked kitchen are new. Upstairs has three bedrooms and 1 full bath. The large master bedroom has a walk in closet, large windows and provides access to the 2nd story deck. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has 4 bunk beds for the kids. The covered deck with its outdoor couch provides shade and a great place to read or relax. There are two outdoor dining areas, one directly beach side and the other on the deck closer to the house that seat 8+. the covered deck also has an outdoor entertainment bar with a fridge and bar sink. The home comes fully stocked with all the amenities including central A/C, wide screen TV's, washer dryer, internet, BBQ, beach chairs, fire pit, Volleyball and beach toys for the kids.

This beach house overlooks Long Island Sound and has two porches to sit and hear the waves. The cottage is great for singles, couples or a family with 1 child. It has everything you would need to enjoy time at the beach. The cottage comes with parking for one car. Milford has great family shopping! We have a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Costco, all within 3 miles from the beach. Up the road about a ½ mile is a Save A Lot and Wine Store. We have updated French Door refrigerator, and new stackable washer/dryer, and a gas grill. The house has views directly to the water and the beach is right in front of the house. You walk off the porch and walk about 25 feet and you are at the water. While we do not anticipate any issues with peoples stay, we wanted to let all interested folks and guests know that the area to the left of the house now has A foundation of it’s own and further building will commence once lumber can be procured. We do not own this lot and unfortunately have limited knowledge or control of what happens there. As a result, we are not sure of the duration of the building as Covid-19 has limited the availability of many building materials.
